Reading your progress
How to read the Progress screen, including the insufficient-data state and no-automatic-weight-goal state.
What Progress shows
Progress (“Your risk-lowering progress”) shows patterns over time: trend toward your weight goals if you have them, activity, and program completion. It’s meant to show direction over weeks, not a single day.
Not enough data yet
Until you’ve logged at least two weight entries, Progress shows a “Not enough data yet” state instead of a trend line — one data point can’t show a direction. This resolves itself as you keep logging; it isn’t an error.
No automatic weight goal
If your profile doesn’t have a 5%/7% weight goal, Progress won’t show weight-goal percentages — that’s expected for profiles where a weight-loss goal isn’t appropriate. Activity and program-completion progress still show normally. See “Why don’t I have a weight goal?” in the Onboarding guide.
