Weekly check-ins
What a check-in covers, why an unusually high activity number gets double-checked, and what “main barrier” means.
What a check-in is for
A weekly check-in is a short review of your week — activity, and what got in the way, if anything. Honest information is more useful here than a “perfect” week; the point is an accurate picture you and the app can actually work with.
A confirmation for unusually high numbers
If you log an unusually high number of active minutes for a week, you may see a quick confirmation step before it saves. That’s a data-quality check, not a judgment — it just makes sure a typo doesn’t skew your own trend data.
Main barrier and your plan for next week
If a week didn’t go as planned, “Main barrier this week” is an optional dropdown for the main thing that got in the way — options range from things like “I ate late” or “too much rice or bread” to “no time to walk,” “stress eating,” “poor sleep,” or “something else.” Confidence for next week (1–10) and Plan for next week are also optional — the plan field is for one thing you’ll try next week, not a report on this one.
None of these fields are required, and there’s no guilt framing attached to naming a barrier — it’s information Coach can use to help.
