The policies
Three documents govern how Prediabetes.life handles your information, all readable without an account: the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (a health-data-specific policy).
These are the authoritative source — this article is a plain-language summary, not a replacement for reading them if you want the full detail.
What’s accurate to say here
Health data is not sold. Health data is not used for targeted advertising. Necessary service providers may process information on our behalf to operate the Service — the detailed policies list what that means and remain authoritative over this summary.
Accepting and re-accepting
New accounts accept the Privacy Policy and Terms as part of onboarding. If either policy changes materially after that, you may be asked to review and re-accept on the Legal acceptance screen the next time you sign in — this doesn’t affect your existing data, it’s just keeping your acceptance current.
Health-data consent is separate
Beyond the general Privacy Policy/Terms acceptance, Prediabetes.life asks for a distinct health-data consent before your program features (Today, Coach, Program, Check-in, Progress, History, Doctor Summary) are usable. You can withdraw this consent at any time from Settings — see Data Export, Consent & Account Deletion for what withdrawing does and doesn’t affect.
