What it is
The Doctor Visit Summary is a structured summary of information you’ve entered — your risk-factor summary, weight/activity trends, and (where set) your 5% and 7% goals — organized for a conversation with your own healthcare professional.
It isn’t sent for you
Generating this summary does not automatically send it to a clinician — you bring it to your own appointment, in whatever way you’d normally share information with your doctor.
It also isn’t a substitute for your clinician’s own record or assessment; it’s a starting point for that conversation, built from what you’ve told the app.
